Tour Itinerary:

  • Welcome to Morocco! Arrive in Casablanca and proceed to Passport Control for immigration followed by baggage collection and clearing customs formalities. After baggage collection, walk towards the arrival lounge where you will be warmly greeted and transferred to your hotel. Free evening at leisure and overnight at 5-star Le Casablanca or similar hotel.

    Note: The hotel is available for check-in on day 1 at 3:00 pm.

  • Begin your day with an unforgettable visit to the towering Hassan II Mosque, an architectural masterpiece that accommodates up to 25,000 worshipers. Standing gracefully over the ocean, this stunning mosque is home to the world’s tallest minaret and features intricate mosaics, marble columns, and exquisitely hand-carved stonework. Next, journey to a charming winery outside Meknes for a leisurely lunch, savoring the view of sun-drenched vineyards and ancient olive groves. Afterward, head into the heart of Meknes, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s four imperial cities. Built in the 17th century by Sultan Moulay Ismail, Meknes is celebrated for its grand palaces, vast granaries, and monumental gates, each offering a glimpse into Morocco’s rich history. Conclude the day with a scenic drive to Fez, where you’ll arrive at your boutique hotel nestled atop a scenic hill. Relax and take in the panoramic views of the ancient city as you unwind, readying yourself for the adventures that await tomorrow. Overnight stay at the 5-star Hotel Sahrai or a similar hotel, reflecting on the wonders you've encountered.

  • Today, step back in time as you explore Fez el-Bali (“Old Fez”), the cultural soul of Morocco. Meander through the maze-like streets of this ancient city, where bustling souks, artisan workshops, and historic landmarks come alive with vibrant colors and sounds. Discover lively markets brimming with spices, textiles, and pottery, and visit Al Quaraouiyine University, recognized as the oldest continuously operating university in the world, an enduring symbol of Morocco’s scholarly legacy. In the afternoon, continue to Fez el-Jadid (“New Fez”), home to the mellah, the city’s historic Jewish quarter. Wander along its narrow streets lined with wrought iron windows and carved wood balconies that reflect centuries-old architectural beauty. In the evening we will enjoy dinner at the local Moroccon restaurant where the rich flavors of Moroccan cuisine and the warm hospitality make for an unforgettable dining experience in the heart of Fez. Overnight stay at the 5-star Hotel Sahrai or a similar hotel.

  • After a hearty breakfast, set out to explore Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its remarkably preserved Roman ruins and stunning mosaics. Wander through the city’s ancient columns, arches, and detailed floor designs, imagining the daily lives of those who once called this bustling trade center home. Continue to Morocco’s capital, Rabat, and visit the historic 12th-century Hassan Tower, an unfinished minaret symbolizing Moorish architectural ambition, and the elegant Mohammed V Mausoleum, resting place of the nation’s founding monarch. End your day at the picturesque Oudayas Kasbah, with its narrow, blue-and-white streets, Andalusian gardens, and charming hillside views. The grand entrance gate, a masterpiece of Moorish architecture, provides the perfect setting to reflect on the timeless beauty and history of this remarkable journey.   • Start your day with a hearty breakfast at your hotel before departing Rabat for Marrakech. Enjoy the scenic drive through Morocco's diverse landscapes, passing by olive groves, small villages, and picturesque countryside. The journey takes approximately 3-4 hours. Upon arrival, check in to Hôtel & Ryads Barrière Le Naoura and take a moment to relax and refresh. Begin your sightseeing with a visit to the Koutoubia Mosque, the largest mosque in Marrakech, known for its stunning minaret. Next, head to the bustling Jemaa el-Fnaa, the heart of Marrakech, filled with street performers, food stalls, and local vendors. Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere and take in the sights and sounds. Afterward, visit the beautiful Bahia Palace, an exquisite example of Moroccan architecture featuring stunning gardens, intricate tile work, and

     

    serene courtyards. Enjoy dinner at a traditional Moroccan restaurant within the medina, savoring local dishes such as tagine or couscous. After dinner, take a leisurely stroll around the medina, soaking in the enchanting evening ambiance before returning to your hotel.

  • Start your day with breakfast at your hotel. Visit the Majorelle Garden, a stunning botanical garden filled with exotic plants and vibrant colors, offering a peaceful escape from the city's bustle. Explore the Kasbah Mosque and the Saadian Tombs, a beautiful historical site dating back to the 16th century, showcasing intricate architecture and serene gardens. Visit the impressive El Badi Palace, a grand ruin that tells the story of Marrakech’s past glory. Spend the afternoon wandering through the vibrant souks of Marrakech, getting lost among the stalls selling textiles, ceramics, spices, and handicrafts, and indulge in some souvenir shopping. As the day winds down, savor a traditional Moroccan dinner at a local riad or restaurant. Return to Hôtel & Ryads Barrière Le Naoura for a restful night, reflecting on the unforgettable experiences of your time in Marrakech.

  • BToday, you have the opportunity to either unwind in the vibrant atmosphere of Marrakech or embark on an exhilarating full-day excursion to the stunning High Atlas Mountains. If you choose the latter, prepare to be mesmerized by the breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks that dominate the landscape as you hike toward a picturesque mountain village. The journey will take you through lush valleys and terraced fields, allowing you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of this region. Upon reaching the village, you'll have the unique chance to interact with local Berbers in their homes. Here, you can gain invaluable insights into their rich culture and daily lives, sharing in the warmth of their hospitality as you savor traditional Berber bread paired with fragrant mint tea—a staple of their culinary heritage. After a delightful lunch featuring locally sourced ingredients, take some time to explore the village further, perhaps learning about traditional crafts that highlight the vibrant culture of the Berber community. As the sun begins to set, you'll make your way back to Marrakech, where the evening's energy beckons you to discover the city's enchanting streets, bustling souks, and lively atmosphere, leaving you with a day filled with adventure, connection, and unforgettable experiences.

  • After breakfast in the morning, you will be transferred to the airport to catch your international flight and taking with you the unforgettable memories and experiences of your Moroccan journey. End of the service.

Tour Fitness Level:

Moderate: Suitable for travelers of all ages in good health, with a moderate level of fitness and a spirit of adventure. The tour will include some long walking days and periods of standing while exploring various sites. Some attractions may involve walking on uneven terrain or navigating steep staircases. Expect a few elevation changes, a well-paced but busy schedule, and several long overland drives. Visa & Passport:

U.S. citizens are required to obtain a visa for travel to Egypt. Full details on the visa application process will be provided 60 days prior to departure. Please note that obtaining the correct and valid visa is the sole responsibility of each travelerrs. For entry, your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the last day of the trip and include available pages for visa stamps. What to Expect on This Journey:

This journey through Morocco includes long overland drives, offering spectacular views of the Atlas Mountains, ancient kasbahs, and vast desert landscapes. Morocco has a well-developed tourism infrastructure, with most major roads being paved and in good condition. However, some routes—particularly those leading to remote historical and desert sites—may be rough or unpaved. Air-conditioned transportation will be provided throughout the trip for your comfort, with regular stops for restroom breaks, leg stretching, and scenic photography.

During sightseeing days, participants should be prepared to walk at least two to three miles to fully experience Morocco’s historic medinas, bustling souks, and UNESCO-listed sites. Walking surfaces may vary, from smooth pavements in cities to cobblestone streets and uneven pathways in historical sites. Some riads and heritage buildings may have limited or no elevator access, requiring the use of stairs. Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended.

Modern amenities such as ATMs, Wi-Fi, and quality accommodations are widely available in cities and popular tourist areas. However, in remote locations, such as the Sahara Desert or rural Berber villages, services may be more limited, and travelers should be prepared for a more authentic and immersive experience.
